Position Overview:
This role requires an IT professional with 7 years of progressive experience and at least 3 years in enterprise-wide integration architecture within a .NET environment. The position demands expertise in designing and developing cloud-based and web-based applications using modern frameworks and technologies such as C#, .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs, while leading architectural strategies and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

Required Skills:
- 10 years of progressive responsibility in a .NET development environment
- 3 years of relevant experience with enterprise-wide integration architecture in .NET environment required.
- Strong knowledge of OOAD and multi-tier architectures, and application of architectural design patterns for solution.
- Ability to design, develop and maintain large scale, high performing, high transactional systems in .NET.
- Expertise in C# programming language.
- Ability to diagram and document designs and requirements.
- Strong communication and written skills. Ability to work out differences of opinions and publish scalable and quality system design specifications
- Ability to work as a collaborative member of a team while also being comfortable in leading a work initiative when directed to do so
- Design and architect business applications.
- Design and develop low-level environment and production environment to support the software development cycle.
- Design and architect Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution using AD, Microsoft application servers and Azure.
- Write policy and standards as needed to sustain company compliance with regulatory changes
- Guide project teams with the implementations consistent with company policies and practices
- 7 years of experience working with development and QA teams to ensure the use of secure coding practices and verification methods
- 7 years of experience developing product roadmaps and align efforts to meet security goals
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing web-based applications using C#, .NET Core, React, Node.js, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level integration architecture, utilizing SOA, EDA, and microservices design principles.
- Lead the development of system roadmaps, policies, and standards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Manage source code control, CI/CD processes, and secure coding practices to ensure efficient software development lifecycles.
- Document and communicate system designs, requirements, and architectural decisions, guiding development and QA teams.
