Position Overview:
The Project Manager leads large, complex initiatives through all phases of the project management lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. This role serves as the primary technical liaison to customers and cross-functional teams, driving collaboration across infrastructure, applications, QA, and support to achieve strategic goals.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field

  • PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile/Scrum Master certification

  • 12 years of experience managing and implementing concurrent initiatives of varying size

  • Minimum of four multi-year project implementation experiences with proven success leading initiatives within an Agile methodology

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Duties:
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, managers, and key software and service vendors to ensure successful project and program delivery.

  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in software/hardware implementations, IT applications, and business systems processes.

  • Oversee daily project execution, including defining deliverables, creating sprints, tracking schedules, and maintaining backlogs.

  • Lead teams through all phases of the SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, communication plans, and delivery analytics.

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of project status, actions, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executives.

  • Align project objectives with stakeholder expectations and organizational strategy.

  • Identify project and resource dependencies and work collaboratively to maintain adherence to schedules.

  • .Prepare executive steering committee updates and presentations.

  • Direct and motivate project team members to ensure timely, high-quality task completion.

  • Support internal communications and resource management efforts as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
