Own end-to-end product development and deployment activities for AI-enabled call center solutions
Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine functional and operational requirements
Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in close coordination with engineering teams
Collaborate with product and project leadership to plan and execute deployment and rollout activities
Coordinate with third-party vendors to track progress, ensure timely delivery, and drive issue resolution
Work closely with testing leads to confirm test readiness, manage defects, and support timely resolution of issues
