Position Overview: Seeking a part-time consultant to deliver end-user training using pre-made materials and generating platform performance reports for stakeholder meetings.
Duties:
Deliver pre-developed Genesis Contact Center training to end users
Generate monthly performance reports from Genesis platform data for stakeholder meetings
Maintain proficiency with Genesis platform through provided documentation and knowledge base
Attend remote status meetings to provide data clarification when needed
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools
