Position Overview: This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of large, complex programs and projects across the full Project Management Lifecycle, from initiation through closeout. The Project Manager serves as the primary technical liaison, driving cross-functional collaboration while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills:
  • 12+ years of experience managing and implementing multiple concurrent initiatives of varying size and complexity.
  • PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) OR other Agile/ScrumMaster certification.
  • Proven experience delivering at least 4 multi-year project implementations, with demonstrated success leading initiatives within an Agile methodology environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a team leader, including the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence for project planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Duties:
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, leadership, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of programs and projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across software and hardware implementations, IT applications, and business processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution, including defining deliverables, managing sprint cycles, maintaining backlogs, and tracking project schedules.
  • Support internal communications and assist with resource planning and allocation.
  • Align project goals with stakeholder objectives to ensure business value is achieved.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the SDLC using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, performance metrics, and communication strategies to support delivery.
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep business and executive stakeholders informed on project status and key decisions.
  • Identify project dependencies and coordinate with team members to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions across the project portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver updates and materials for executive steering committees.
  • Lead, motivate, and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and high performance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
