Position Overview:
This role supports the implementation and ongoing management of a space reservation system by coordinating workspace data, floorplans, and user access across shared environments. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system configuration, equipment readiness, and effective end-user adoption.

Position Overview:
This role supports the implementation and ongoing management of a space reservation system by coordinating workspace data, floorplans, and user access across shared environments. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate system configuration, equipment readiness, and effective end-user adoption.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of project management experience supporting or leading the implementation of a space reservation system
- 2+ years of detail-oriented data management experience, including entering and maintaining accurate workspace and user information
- 2+ years of experience working with space reservation or room booking systems, including data entry, configuration, and troubleshooting
- 2+ years of experience reading, interpreting, and working with floorplans, including file conversions and applying room/workspace numbering standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively gather information from agency leads and stakeholders
- Gather and document workspace requirements and availability from agency leads and stakeholders
- Collaborate with real estate and facilities teams to obtain and process floorplans, including file conversions and standardized room/workspace naming conventions
- Input and maintain floorplans and workspace data within the space reservation system
- Conduct assessments of shared and reservable spaces in partnership with agencies
- Manage and update agency and user group data within the reservation platform
- Train end users on system functionality and provide ongoing support
- Partner with Telecom, Video Conference, and Desktop teams to inventory and track equipment in shared spaces
- Install, program, and configure room scheduling panels
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation within the reservation system
- Support coordination and execution of space reservation system implementation efforts
