Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Platform Administrator with a strong background in systems integration, automation, and platform management to support a portfolio of critical Connecticut state programs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with platforms including Mulesoft, Adobe, ForgeRock, AWS, and Tableau, and be responsible for transforming existing manual deployment processes into robust, fully automated CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • Certified in Platform Administration (please specify relevant certifications: e.g., Salesforce, Mulesoft, ForgeRock Admin, AWS SysOps, etc.).
  • 6-8 years of experience with administration and integration of Mulesoft, Adobe Experience Cloud, ForgeRock IAM, AWS services, and Tableau.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Shell, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience managing multi-org environments across multiple government or public-sector agencies.
  • Solid understanding of data security, identity access management, and compliance practices.
  • Ability to document processes, train support staff, and implement best practices for platform governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Connecticut state programs or similar public-sector initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile project delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Duties:
  • Serve as the lead platform administrator across multiple orgs and agencies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain platform configurations and integrations including Mulesoft, Adobe, ForgeRock, AWS, and Tableau.
  • Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on converting manual deployment processes to automated deployments.
  • Provide end-to-end administration and operational support for ongoing programs such as:
    • SWAN (Statewide Workforce Alignment Network)
    • CEAP (Connecticut Energy Assistance Program)
    • IVR (Interactive Voice Response systems)
    • Opportunity Center
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and ensure systems are secure, scalable, and meet agency-specific compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and deliver platform-related solutions.
