Position Overview:
This role provides Natural development expertise to support the Pensions Retired Payroll and Retirements project team across key initiatives, including the Pensions Legacy Modernization effort and enhancements for Court Ordered case processing. The Developer will create comprehensive project documentation using MS Word and Excel while collaborating closely with stakeholders through both written and verbal communication. The position requires leading project activities and applying deep technical experience in Natural, ADABAS, JCL, and TSO/ISPF environments. Ideal candidates will also bring additional skills in Java and Oracle to support broader modernization efforts.

Duties:
- This contract is for one Developer (Natural) to augment the Pensions Retired Payroll / Retirements project team for the following projects: Pensions Legacy Modernization; and Adding Ret-Code '14' for Court Ordered cases
- The candidate will be expected to use MSWORD and MSEXCEL to produce project documentation and must have previous experience performing documentation tasks.
- The candidate will be expected to communicate verbally and in writing with the client and must have previous experience performing client contact
Required Skills:
- 5 years of Natural Programming experience
- 5 years of ADABAS Database experience
- 5 years of Job Control Language (JCL) experience
- 5 years of TSO/ISPF experience
- 5 years of experience Leading a Project
- 2 years of MS Word experience
- 2 years of MS Excel experience
Preferred Skills:
- 2 years of Java experience
- 2 years of Oracle experience
