Contract Renewal Associate
Contract Length: 6 months - possible extension or perm (based on performance)
Location: Remote - Must be able to work CST

The Contract Renewal Associate will be involved with the day-to-day administration of renewals and financially related functions of the business. The Contract Renewal Associate will assist in the execution of annual price increases while maintaining a positive relationship with customers. The Contract Renewal Associate communicates regularly with customers regarding contract questions, renewal questions, etc. This position is for someone who is interested in being a strong individual-contributor on a highly entrepreneurial team. •Send monthly renewal quotes to customers. Will work daily in Salesforce Suite.
•Process and administer renewal quotes/contracts for customers. •Submit renewal contracts for customer signature. •Discuss annual price increases with customers and negotiate/pushback on customers as necessary. •Research and resolve customer inquiries/disputes as they arise. •Maintain records in the subscription management system. •Provide internal support to sales, legal, finance, and customer success teams. •Navigate and find necessary information in contract documents. •Be the primary contact for renewal related communication and the process that supports it. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills:
- BA in Business or related field preferred but not necessary
- 1-3 years of working experience in sales or customer service environment a plus
