PMO Delivery Lead (Microsoft Dynamics & Azure DevOps)
Position Type: Hybrid
Hybrid Schedule: On-site 1 week per month for meetings
Contract Length: Long-term with annual extensions
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on delivery leader to define, implement, and operate the delivery model for a large, complex ERP program. This program is Microsoft Dynamics–centric, with Azure DevOps as the system of record, and involves multiple teams, vendors, and integrated systems (including SAP).
This is not a traditional project management role — you will actively design how work flows, configure tooling, enforce delivery standards, and coach teams while the program is in motion.
Required Skills:- ERP Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience leading Microsoft Dynamics implementations; familiarity with SAP delivery or integration is a plus (SAP BRIM not required).
- Delivery Methodology Expertise: 10+ years in PMO, program delivery, or delivery excellence roles supporting complex software initiatives. Proven ability to design and govern delivery frameworks across multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams.
- Tooling & Data: Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps (work item configuration, backlog/sprint/release management, dependency tracking, dashboards, reporting). Expert-level experience with Power BI for executive reporting and delivery analytics.
- Methodology Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate complex methodology into practical guidance and actionable delivery practices that teams can follow.
- Agile & Hybrid Delivery: Strong hands-on experience delivering in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to coach, train, and influence project teams, vendors, and leadership at all levels.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Lean Agile or Delivery Excellence certifications preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in establishing methodology for SAP BRIM or other ERP systems.
Experience integrating delivery across multiple ERP systems or vendors.
