Overview:
Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst for Multi-Family Applications that serves as the primary liaison for technical requests between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the ProLink product meets organizational needs and supports Multi-Family housing processes.
This role focuses on applying configuration/technical changes to the platform that supports our client's Multi-Family business processes. The Systems Analyst will also support and coordinate with the Multi-Family business units in reviewing, testing, and adoption of system enhancements. The Systems Analyst drives data integrity, reporting solutions, and user adoption through collaboration, documentation, and training.
Duties:
Platform Optimization & Support
- Partner with business units and Multi-Family BA to understand processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement ProLink quarterly updates and new features.
- Validate system changes through testing and ensure smooth deployment.
- Provide guidance to end users on best practices and system functionality.
Data Quality & Reporting
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, queries, and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Perform data validation activities.
- Manage data mapping of imported data from various sources into ProLink.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and vendor support teams on technical matters.
- Facilitate enhancement requests and issue resolution.
- Participate in user group meetings and feedback sessions.
Documentation & Training
- Coordinate user guides, process documentation, and FAQs.
- Conduct training sessions for super users and business teams.
- Maintain records of system configurations and change history.
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years in business analysis or application support, preferably in Multi-Family housing.
- Experience with ProLink or similar enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Data Management: SQL reporting, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with IT, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Documentation & Training: Clear, concise materials and user education.
- Microsoft Suite: Ability to use add-ons to create custom solutions in Word and Excel.
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of modules, workflows, and configuration options in ProLink.
- Certifications in business analysis, project management, or ProLink training.
