Position Overview:
This role is responsible for administering and supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and performance across asset management and device management systems. The position also serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing end-user support, optimizing system workflows, and driving continuous improvement across IT operations.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for administering and supporting enterprise endpoint management platforms, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and performance across asset management and device management systems. The position also serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing end-user support, optimizing system workflows, and driving continuous improvement across IT operations.
Duties:
- Administer and manage the Kaseya platform, including configuring policies, monitoring endpoint health, applying updates, and resolving system alerts.
- Troubleshoot Kaseya-related issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate product owner when necessary.
- Manage and maintain integrations between Oomnitza and other IT systems such as Kaseya, Intune, and Absolute to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
- Generate reports and dashboards on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status for stakeholders.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Intune, ensuring proper device enrollment and adherence to organizational policies.
- Manage mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies within Intune.
- Deploy applications, updates, security configurations, and enforce compliance settings through Intune.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment issues and provide backend support for Intune-related problems.
- Implement secure endpoint management practices, including encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and conditional access policies.
- Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint management, system access, and IT hardware support inquiries.
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, escalating more complex issues to specialized teams as needed.
- Support device deployment, imaging, and configuration for new and existing users.
- Maintain and support system integrations across Kaseya, Oomnitza, Intune, and other IT tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct routine system health checks, maintenance, and updates across IT infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, policies, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document system changes, issue resolutions, and operational processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on system performance, asset accuracy, endpoint compliance, and support metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical SME or similar role, with a strong background in IT asset management and network support.
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of IT asset management principles, including compliance, lifecycle management, and industry best practices (e.g., IAITAM standards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully driving IT initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications such as IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
