Summary:

This role is for a SAP S/4 HANA Trainer responsible for designing and delivering transition training for SAP Work Manager users moving to SAP Asset Manager within SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), focusing on what changes in daily execution. 

Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience delivering training in SAP S/4HANA projects with clear understanding of Fiori.
  • Experience designing and delivering transition training for SAP Work Manager users moving to SAP Asset Manager within SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver transition training for SAP Work Manager users moving to SAP Asset Manager within SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), focusing on what changes in daily execution.
  • Create a “Work Manager Asset Manager” task crosswalk (notifications, work orders, operations, confirmations, time, measurements, attachments) tied to the client’s configured process.
  • Build training materials (job aids, training PPT, and hands-on exercises) that reflect the final configured process and system screens, and update them quickly as design or testing changes.
  • Train end users on the mobile-first experience: navigation, search, lists, filters, work queues, and standard transactions in Asset Manager.
  • Cover online/offline behavior in detail (sync cadence, conflict handling, what’s available offline, retry steps, data loss prevention).
  • Develop role-based learning paths for technicians, supervisors, planners, and dispatch, showing new handoffs and responsibility shifts.
  • Build hands-on scenarios that match real field work (receive order, capture readings, execute ops, record malfunction codes, add photos, confirm work, complete/close).
  • Produce updated training assets: facilitator/participant guides, simulations, quick reference cards, “field tips,” and FAQs that reflect new screens and terminology.
  • Coordinate with functional, mobility, and security teams to align training with configuration (order/notification types, status profiles, catalogs, authorizations, device policies).
  • Run lab environments and practical assessments to confirm users can complete end-to-end work and troubleshoot common issues (sync failures, missing objects, authorization errors).
  • Support go-live with train-the-trainer, office hours, hypercare readiness materials, and rapid content updates based on ticket trends and adoption feedback.
