Position Overview:
This role designs and delivers complex enterprise AI solutions using Copilot Studio and other enterprise platforms, providing end‑to‑end expertise across design, development, testing, and implementation. It collaborates extensively with technical and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, high‑value AI capabilities that support organizational goals.

Position Overview:

It collaborates extensively with technical and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, high‑value AI capabilities that support organizational goals.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with AI, with emphasis on Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, the M365 environment, and Gemini.
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with Enterprise Architecture on the delivery of data and application architecture.
- 5+ years of experience overseeing tier 3 application support activities, including assessing and executing application upgrades and patches.
- 5+ years of experience participating in mitigation and control activities and identifying and evaluating risks.
- 5+ years of experience serving as a technical adviser to management and providing a software engineering perspective on system requirements.
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of AI solutions with expertise in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and Gemini
- Ensure integrated products and services function cohesively to meet business needs
- Promote and share best practices for application usage across the organization
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to support data and application architecture delivery
- Work with operational and development teams to define testing and implementation strategies
- Communicate progress and expectations related to application delivery
- Oversee tier‑3 application support, including upgrades, patches, and issue resolution
- Participate in risk identification, mitigation, and control activities
- Manage technology and organizational changes while keeping stakeholders informed
- Provide people management support, including role definition, reviews, hiring, and training
- Advise leadership with software engineering insights related to system requirements
- Create conceptual and detailed technical design documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and standards
