As we continue to scale nationally, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and entrepreneurial Senior Sales Executive to lead the charge in expanding our nationwide staffing services portfolio.

Position Overview:
This is a high-impact, strategic sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for IT and business services staffing across commercial enterprises and government agencies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong established network, deep understanding of the staffing industry, and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in both the public and private sectors.
You will represent LingaTech’s brand and capabilities, positioning us as a go-to provider of talent across a wide range of disciplines—such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data analytics, project management, artificial intelligence, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development
    • Proactively identify and pursue new staffing opportunities across commercial accounts and public-sector agencies (state, local, and federal).
    • Conduct outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation to build a strong and diverse pipeline.
    • Leverage existing industry contacts to introduce LingaTech’s value proposition and open doors to key decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement officers, vendor management systems (VMS), and managed service providers (MSPs).
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring LingaTech’s staffing solutions accordingly.
    • Guide the client through the entire sales process, from initial conversation to contract execution and ongoing account management.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with LingaTech’s national growth goals.
    • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of client staffing needs.
    • Identify and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and vendor registration/onboarding opportunities.
    • Track and report sales activity, forecasts, and KPIs using CRM and sales dashboards.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
    • Partner closely with LingaTech’s internal Talent Acquisition team to align candidate pipelines with client needs
      • Work in tandem with Account Management to ensure long-term relationship growth and client satisfaction
      • Coordinate with Recruiting to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of positions, while maintaining clear communication between client expectations and delivery timelines
  • Market & Industry Awareness
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics in the staffing and professional services space.
    • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate LingaTech’s visibility and credibility in target markets.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven success in a staffing sales or business development role, ideally within the IT or professional services industry
  • Demonstrated experience selling into both commercial and government accounts (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the staff augmentation and project-based services business models
  • Experience navigating government contracting environments, including SLED and/or federal procurement processes
  • Knowledge of working in or with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, VectorVMS)
  • Established network of contacts across commercial and public sector hiring entities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with executive-level presence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work independently with minimal oversight
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
