Position Overview:
The Project Manager with 10+ years of experience implementing IT projects. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, and other project management artifacts and reporting to HR management. The project manager will assist in responding to external partners and vendors, coordinating tasks, and ensuring stakeholders are engaged and meet key deadlines. PMP Certification is desired.

Duties:
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and project management artifacts.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Track and report on the progress and outcomes of major active projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the project team and vendors through timely, accurate and effective communication.
- Serve as a liaison between HR staff, partners, and vendors, ensuring effective task coordination and timely completion of key milestones.
- Drive process optimization and implement best practices, focusing on change management and stakeholder engagement.
- 10 years of experience managing multiple projects including those which span 2-3 years.
- 10 years of Project management experience with a PMP Certification.
- 10 years of producing comparative analysis of value propositions, proposals, and cost benefit analyses.
- 10 years of managing requests for information/proposal from inception to vendor selection.
- 10 years of creating presentations that are clear for an audience with varied levels of understanding.
- 10 years of experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 5 years of experience working in Human Resources.
- 5 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite/Oracle Cloud solutions.
