Senior D365 Frontend Developer
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid – Onsite 1 week per month)
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics CRM and Contact Center Developer to lead the design, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires expertise in CRM development, Azure services, and modern contact center systems, along with experience in portal/application development using frameworks such as React or Angular. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with stakeholders, ensure secure and scalable solutions, and guide junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with customizations and front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
Integrate Azure components (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) into portal and CRM solutions.
Ensure application security, performance, and scalability across all deployments.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, portal, and integration issues.
Stay current with emerging technologies, Dynamics 365 capabilities, and Azure services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development, customization, and cloud-based solutions.
Strong expertise with Azure services: Functions, Logic Apps, API Management.
Experience with React is required.
Required proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to evolving business needs.
