This is a remote position, but preference will be given to candidates located in the Central Pennsylvania area. A comprehensive compensation package includes a base salary, performance commission, and additional opportunities to earn extra commissions and compensation.

Position Description

The Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations manages and provides strategic direction to the organization's Talent Acquisition function. The Talent Acquisition team (Recruiting, Account Management, and Operations staff) is accountable for delivering high-quality candidates to support client hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Director reports to the Chief Operations Officer and currently oversees five staff members.

The Director of Talent Acquisition and Operations is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating recruiting strategies to meet the needs of the organization. The Director is responsible for spearheading and orchestrating the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition team. They will define processes and champion the team to exceed hiring goals by driving impactful change. The leader will implement best practices for hiring process design, recruiting tools/resources, sourcing techniques, leveraging data to adjust recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, C2C vendor management, client relations, and team management.

Operations

  • Operational Strategy – Develop and execute strategic plans to streamline agency operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization – Continuously assess and improve operational processes to increase productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Workflow Standardization – Develop standard operating procedures for various recruitment processes to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Vendor Management – Manage relationships, compliance, and performance of external vendors. Conduct performance reviews with external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
  • Reporting – Generate and distribute reports on recruitment operations, including performance metrics, compliance, and process efficiency.
  • Data Analysis – Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Technology Integration – Identify and implement innovative technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Growth – Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies.
  • ATS – Drive ATS adoption and compliance.

Leadership

  • Team Leadership – Manage and lead a team of recruiters and account managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed recruitment goals.
  • Recruitment Strategy – Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing methods, candidate evaluation techniques, and market research.
  • Talent Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future client demands.
  • Recruitment Metrics – Establish and track recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Compliance – Ensure all recruitment activities comply with client, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Training and Development – Identify training needs within the recruitment team and provide training, resources, and tools to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client companies. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and recruitment needs.
  • Goal Achievement – Meet or exceed revenue targets set by senior leadership.

Account Management

  • Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the Account Management team to ensure exceptional client service delivery, consultant satisfaction, and long-term relationship development across key accounts.
  • Full Lifecycle Support – In addition to Account Management tasks, Account Managers also assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates to support their clients’ hiring needs.
  • Business Development – Develop and execute strategies to expand business within existing accounts by identifying new staffing opportunities, cross-selling services, and deepening client partnerships.
  • Collaboration – Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to align talent acquisition efforts with client needs and evolving project requirements.
  • Client Escalations – Serve as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Account Monitoring – Monitor account health through regular business reviews, performance metrics, and feedback loops to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Growth – Partner with sales leadership to forecast account growth, set revenue targets, and drive consistent year-over-year expansion.
  • Consultative Approach – Foster a consultative approach with clients, positioning LingaTech as a strategic workforce solutions partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Market Insight – Maintain a deep understanding of client industries and market trends to anticipate needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
