Position Overview:

This position requires a highly skilled IT professional capable of working independently and in teams, with advanced proficiency across various platforms and technologies. Responsibilities include resolving a wide range of technical issues—from OS and application troubleshooting to hardware deployments and vendor coordination—while consistently resolving 80-90% of assigned incident tickets.

Duties:
  • Utilize ServiceNow or asset management systems effectively

  • Support and troubleshoot Windows OS and O365 Office products

  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues (desktops, printers, scanners, video equipment)

  • Install, patch, and troubleshoot software

  • Image workstations using MDT and/or SCCM

  • Transport and lift boxes/equipment as needed

  • Set up, support, and install VPN connections

  • Resolve technical issues with users over the phone

  • Manage Active Directory users and privileges

  • Set up and support wireless workstations


Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow or asset management systems

  • Minimum 2 years of expert-level experience with Windows OS and O365 Office products

  • Minimum 2 years of excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with desktop, printer, scanner, and video hardware

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with software installation and troubleshooting

  • Minimum 2 years of experience imaging workstations using MDT and/or SCCM

  • Minimum 2 years of strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Minimum 2 years of ability to transport/lift boxes and equipment

  • Minimum 2 years of ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with VPN setup, support, and installation

  • Minimum 2 years of experience resolving technical issues over the phone

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Active Directory user management and privileges

  • Minimum 2 years of experience setting up and supporting wireless workstations

  • Minimum 2 years of ability to think and act effectively under pressure

  • Minimum 2 years of strong organizational skills

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated professionalism and proper workplace etiquette
