Job Summary
LingaTech is proactively building a pipeline of experienced .NET Full Stack Developers in anticipation of future openings with our Commonwealth and commercial clients in Central Pennsylvania. This posting is not associated with a current open role. Instead, we are identifying and networking with local technical talent for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities.
If you have hands-on experience building applications across the front-end and back-end within the Microsoft stack, we encourage you to join our pipeline.

Potential Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary depending on upcoming roles but may include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks
Building APIs, microservices, and integrations
Creating responsive UI components using Angular, React, or Blazor
Writing efficient SQL queries and supporting database design
Participating in code reviews, unit testing, and best-practice engineering standards
Working within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software
Troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
Maintain automated unit tests using xUnit to ensure application stability and code quality
Support Esri ArcGIS–based solutions, including GIS integrations and spatial data workflows
Develop PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, queries, and performance tuning
Utilize Visual Studio to develop, debug, test, and maintain application code across the full development lifecycle
Ensure applications comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, incorporating accessibility requirements into design and development efforts
Implement WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices to improve usability and accessibility for assistive technology users
Requirements
Professional experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core
Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, or Blazor
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns
Proficiency with SQL Server or similar relational databases
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate closely with technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
(Not required for pipeline consideration)
Experience with Azure cloud services
Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector applications
