We are seeking an AI Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced AI models and algorithms that deliver actionable insights and drive business value. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex data, optimizing model performance, and staying current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science roles.
Hands-on experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Practical experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure Synapse and data pipeline workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Design, develop, and deploy AI models and machine learning algorithms to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define use cases, and implement AI solutions.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, extract insights, and inform decision-making.
Manage and maintain existing AI applications and models, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI systems, including debugging code and optimizing model accuracy.
Continuously enhance AI models through iteration, experimentation, and integration of new techniques.
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Document development processes, findings, and outcomes, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
