Position Overview:
Serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and advancing enterprise data engineering and data architecture solutions that support scalable, secure, and well-governed data ecosystems. This role provides technical leadership in data modeling, integration, and platform architecture while collaborating with enterprise stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs and long-term architectural strategy.

Required Skills:

  • 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including configuration, integration, and platform capabilities

  • 5 years of experience working within Microsoft environments, including Azure and Microsoft Dynamics

  • 5 years of experience developing and managing StreamSets data integration pipelines

  • 5 years of experience working with the Snowflake data platform for data storage, processing, and analytics

  • 5 years of experience integrating Tableau with enterprise data platforms to support analytics and reporting capabilities

Duties:

  • Design and implement enterprise data engineering solutions, including data platform evaluation, selection recommendations, and architecture development

  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting enterprise analytics and operational systems

  • Establish and promote data modeling standards, naming conventions, and design patterns across data platforms

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise data architecture roadmaps

  • Provide architectural guidance to ensure data solutions are scalable, reusable, interoperable, and aligned with enterprise integration strategies

  • Make technical decisions impacting configuration and implementation of data analytics environments, data platforms, and data storage solutions

  • Collaborate with IT architecture teams and leadership to design data solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise standards

  • Evaluate solution designs, contribute to business case analyses, and recommend improvements to enterprise IT architecture

  • Lead technical discussions and define tasks related to the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of data systems

  • Configure and support integrations between internal systems and enterprise data lake, data quality, and data curation platforms

  • Apply best practices in data integration, data cleansing, data classification, and data modeling

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to data management teams on data platform design and implementation best practices
