Senior Full Stack Developer
Position Type: Fully Remote
Contract Length: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable, cloud-based full stack web applications using modern .NET and React technologies. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and well-tested solutions within a microservices and cloud-native environment.
Duties:
Develop and maintain full stack, cloud-based web applications using .NET (C#) and React JS.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong unit and integration test coverage in a microservices architecture.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs supporting scalable application integrations.
Work with both relational and non-relational databases to support application data needs.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning sessions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation efforts.
Support containerized application development using Docker and Kubernetes.
Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development.
3+ years of strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, and React JS.
3+ years of proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
3+ years of experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
3+ years of experience with microservices architectures and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
3+ years of experience applying software testing best practices with a strong commitment to maintaining high test coverage.
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
2+ years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
2+ years of experience using CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
Additional hands-on exposure to Azure or AWS cloud services.
Experience with server-side React or Node.js for prototyping and backend support.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
