Manage daily ServiceNow CMDB operations, ensuring configuration data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
Maintain alignment between CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle requirements.
Apply data quality rules, reconciliation logic, and certification processes to improve consistency across data sources.
Collaborate with the ServiceNow platform team to enhance discovery tools, integrations, and automation workflows.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics demonstrating CMDB health, compliance, and alignment with CSDM.
Provide CMDB insights to support impact analysis for incidents, changes, and service requests.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve CMDB maturity and data-driven decision-making.
3+ years of focused experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM.
Strong understanding of IT Asset Management principles, including hardware, software, contracts, and lifecycle management.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB data model, discovery, and integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Proven ability to maintain data integrity and compliance while driving lifecycle optimization.
ServiceNow CIS–Discovery or CIS–CMDB certification.
Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
