Camp Hill, PA - Full Time

Location: Camp Hill, PA
Position Type: Remote but must be local to Camp Hill.  Potential trips to client sites and the office may be required.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving? We’re looking for a motivated HR Analyst to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll partner directly with the Director of HR & Compliance to support everything from onboarding and offboarding to compliance tracking, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll also get exposure to multi-state HR compliance, immigration processes, and recognition programs—all while working across multiple business entities.

What you’ll do:
•    Guide new employees through onboarding and support their first weeks.
•    Help keep compliance and registrations on track across states.
•    Organize performance reviews and employee recognition programs.
•    Post promotions and milestones on LinkedIn to showcase our team’s success.
•    Provide key support for immigration, HR data, and reporting.
