Hybrid Schedule: Primarily remote with once a month travel to Middletown. Travel expenses are reimbursable.
Contract Length: 6 months 

Position Overview:

This role is for a SAP SRM Techno-Functional Analyst with S/4 HANA experience to support our client's project responsible for migrating users from SRM to equivalent S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities. Analyst needs to be skilled in analyzing legacy systems, conducting fit-gap assessments, and configuring end-to-end procurement functions while collaborating with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and Fiori applications. You'll need a proven ability to support data migration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization while driving process improvements, user adoption, and efficient procurement operations.

Duties:
  • Experience working on SAP SRM to S/4 Procurement migration by translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Review legacy SRM customizations and recommend simplification or replacement within SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Analyze ECC and SRM procurement processes and design target-state workflows in S/4HANA Procurement.
  • Configure and support procurement functions including requisitions, purchase orders, sourcing, and supplier collaboration.
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, Fiori, reports, interfaces, and forms.
  • Support data migration activities for vendors, materials, contracts, and procurement-related master data.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance for procurement transformation initiatives.
  • Integrate S/4 Procurement with MM, FI, workflow, and external supplier or middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve procurement efficiency, controls, and user experience.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization for procurement operations.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA projects with clear understanding of Fiori.
  • Experience supporting users migrating from customized SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tasks to the equivalent SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing & Procurement capabilities.
