Position Overview: This role serves as a senior technical leader responsible for designing and integrating complex enterprise systems, with a strong focus on digital payment solutions, cloud platforms, and high-volume transaction environments. The position blends hands-on backend development with architectural oversight to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across diverse technologies.
Duties:
Lead the integration of enterprise systems including SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud telephony/IVR, web and mobile platforms, middleware, and cloud-hosted solutions
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .Net and Go (Golang)
Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud-native architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing
Apply modern development best practices and stay current with emerging technologies and open API frameworks
Architect scalable, resilient integrations across enterprise platforms, payment systems, and external services
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams on architecture and best practices
Leverage expertise in Azure cloud platforms and SAP BRIM to design compliant, enterprise-grade solutions
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and system stability
Translate business and stakeholder requirements into robust digital payment and integration solutions
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements
Evaluate and recommend payment platforms, APIs, and third-party services
Implement security best practices including encryption, fraud prevention, and data protection
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2/3, CSA, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards
Optimize transaction processing performance, latency, and reliability while monitoring and troubleshooting issues
Lead and contribute to enterprise project team initiatives and system implementations
Analyze integration models and solution components for high-volume processing environments
Identify opportunities to reduce data duplication and streamline integrations
Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance integrations, data flow efficiency, and system performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners
Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including designs, test plans, and impact analyses
Work independently to deliver assigned tasks while adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures
Perform additional duties and support project needs as required
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience as a Senior Developer or in a similar role, delivering enterprise-grade solutions
8+ years of expertise integrating SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure cloud platforms, IVR systems, and external systems within high-volume contact center environments
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining payment processing applications, including modern digital payment methods across diverse project scopes
3+ years of backend development experience using Go (Golang)
3+ years of backend development experience using .Net
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and decentralized microservices architecture
Experience working with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and version control workflows
Solid understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go and .Net
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using the ADO Testing Module
Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems in tolling environments, such as toll collection and traffic management systems
