This role is responsible for managing telecom and network invoice activities, overseeing procurement workflows, coordinating hardware and software deployments, and maintaining accurate asset records. Key Responsibilities
- Manage telecom and network-related invoices and support additional financial workflows.
- Perform procurement activities, including ordering hardware, software, and services.
- Coordinate deployment and fulfillment of IT equipment and cellular devices.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records using established IS asset management processes.
- Independently resolve device-related incidents or coordinate resolution with vendors.
- Complete analysis, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT asset management (software & hardware).
- Strong understanding of administrative Accounts Payable (A/P) workflows and procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize high‑volume incoming requests in a deadline-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software asset management.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow SAM/HAM
- Experience with SAP Ariba preferred
