Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise CRM and integrated technology solutions. This role involves guiding technical teams, advising leadership, and ensuring successful deployment of innovative CRM, portal, and contact center applications within a modern ecosystem.

Required Skills:
  • 10 years of expertise in Microsoft CE application development as a lead developer and/or architect

  • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement Fast Track Solution Architect

  • Strong experience developing and deploying solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform, leveraging AI and Machine Learning to build business applications

  • Integration experience in an event-driven, de-coupled architecture with SAP ERP for pricing, billing, and financial integrations, as well as with payment gateways

  • Experience with payment processing including digital wallets, peer-to-peer payment methods, social media, Natural Language IVR, ChatBOT, and contact center systems

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise business solutions, particularly SAP projects

  • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Microsoft MVP award in Business Applications, Customer Experience, Power Apps, or CoPilot Studio

  • 5+ years as a Microsoft Certified Solution Architect for business applications

  • Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent AI/Machine Learning certification

  • Microsoft Dynamics-related certifications


Duties:
  • Analyze and understand current and desired Microsoft CE applications, configurations, and technologies.

  • Design, architect, and build roadmaps for CRM, portal, and web application delivery.

  • Lead, assign tasks, and mentor a team of CRM and full stack developers.

  • Develop customizations and configurations for Microsoft CE to meet business functionality needs.

  • Support integrations with ERP systems, middleware, payment gateways, contact center systems, and related platforms.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in data migration to Microsoft CRM.

  • Ensure successful delivery of CRM, portal, and mobile applications as part of broader enterprise initiatives.

  • Advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends, AI/ML enhancements, and emerging technologies.

  • Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, reports, and presentations.

  • Identify and escalate risks or concerns to leadership with actionable details.

  • Document all work, including technical/functional designs, test plans, diagrams, and lessons learned, following prescribed standards.

  • Foster strong relationships with business owners, vendors, sponsors, and key technology staff.

  • Participate in and lead project team activities related to enterprise systems.

  • Work independently while adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Utilize modern software and technology tools to perform job duties.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
