Position Overview:
This role serves as the lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise CRM and portal solutions integrated with ERP, AI, and contact center technologies. The position drives strategic system modernization, leads a team of developers, and ensures delivery of high-performing, customer-centric business applications aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills:
  • 10 years of experience in Microsoft CE application development as a lead developer and/or architect.

  • 5 years as a Microsoft certified solution architect for business applications.

  • Certified Microsoft Power Platform or Customer Engagement Fast Track Solution Architect.

  • Strong experience developing and deploying solutions using D365 CE and Power Platform, leveraging AI and Machine Learning to build intelligent business applications.

  • Proven integration experience in an event-driven, decoupled architecture, including integrations with SAP ERP for pricing, billing, and financial systems, as well as payment gateways.

  • Experience with payment processing systems such as digital wallets, peer-to-peer payment methods, and integrations with social media, Natural Language IVR, ChatBOT, and contact center systems.

  • Recognized as a Microsoft MVP in Business Applications, Customer Experience, Power Apps, or CoPilot Studio (or equivalent standing).

  • Azure AI Fundamentals certification or comparable AI/Machine Learning certification.

  • Possession of Microsoft Dynamics-related certifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions, particularly SAP projects.

  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM practices and methodologies.


Duties:
  • Analyze and document the current and target state of Microsoft CE applications, configurations, and technologies.

  • Architect and implement custom Microsoft CE solutions and integrations within the enterprise ecosystem.

  • Develop and maintain a technical roadmap to guide CRM, portal, and web application delivery.

  • Lead, mentor, and assign work to CRM and full-stack development teams.

  • Manage successful deployment of Microsoft CE, UBOS, and related systems, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on Microsoft CE capabilities, trends, and best practices.

  • Oversee integration efforts with ERP systems, middleware, payment gateways, and telephony/contact center platforms.

  • Lead data migration initiatives to Microsoft CRM from legacy or non-commercial systems.

  • Ensure all technical work is fully documented, including functional designs, test plans, and impact analyses.

  • Collaborate with business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and technical staff to ensure solution alignment and delivery.

  • Drive AI and machine learning adoption using Azure AI services, Copilot, and Dynamics 365 CE enhancements.

  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer for teams adopting new Dynamics and AI technologies.

  • Participate in project governance, risk management, and performance reviews.

  • Uphold organizational policies, standards, and security practices throughout solution design and delivery.

  • Work independently and proactively to achieve project milestones and resolve technical challenges.
