Position Overview:
This hands-on, fully onsite Information Technology Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of an organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems administration, network operations, and end-user support. The position also serves as a key liaison across departments, ensuring reliable technology operations, managing IT assets, and developing solutions to support operational needs.

Position Overview:
This hands-on, fully onsite Information Technology Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining and supporting all aspects of an organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems administration, network operations, and end-user support. The position also serves as a key liaison across departments, ensuring reliable technology operations, managing IT assets, and developing solutions to support operational needs.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience working with call tracking systems, ticketing software, and managing technical support issues
- 5 years of experience providing technical support for hardware and software (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and automation issues; diagnose root causes and implement or coordinate solutions
- Perform systems administration, including user account management, network configuration, system audits, and backup oversight
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, network equipment, and software, including internal components and custom applications
- Maintain IT infrastructure through preventative maintenance, warranty tracking, and vendor coordination for repairs and service calls
- Provide technical support and training to users; respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to systems, applications, and network connectivity
- Administer and support tablet/kiosk systems, including user access management, issue reporting, and vendor coordination
- Conduct and document annual inventory of IT equipment and software using asset management tools; manage lifecycle of assets including disposal and data destruction
- Restore data for servers and workstations as needed and maintain detailed logs of issues, resolutions, and system configurations
- Serve as a liaison between IT and internal departments; prepare reports, communicate system status, and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Develop and implement software applications and system improvements by analyzing business processes and identifying technical solutions
- Design and recommend optimized technology solutions aligned with operational needs, budget constraints, and available resources
- Manage procurement of IT equipment and software, including reviewing requests, researching vendors, tracking orders, and verifying deliveries
- Maintain documentation, logs, and records related to IT operations, inventory, and compliance activities
- Perform additional IT-related duties and special projects as assigned
