Technical Project Manager

Contract Length: 8 months + extension
The Technical Project Manager – SAP & Enterprise Integration will lead the migration of critical HR data from legacy systems to SAP and oversee seamless integration with internal applications. This role requires managing complex projects, guiding technical teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of enterprise integration solutions.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in IT project leadership in systems development or implementation
In-depth expertise in SAP platforms (ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors), including data migration and enterprise integration
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
PMP certification
SAP certification in data migration, integration, or architecture
Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans covering objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Lead the decommissioning of legacy HR systems, ensuring compliance with data retention and archiving standards
Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration using SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SuccessFactors tools and methodologies
Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and in-house applications via APIs and middleware
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and SAP functional experts
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership
Collaborate with business units to define current and future state models
Analyze and prioritize business requirements to align with technical solutions
Foster a collaborative and productive project environment across technical and business teams
