LingaTech is hiring an experienced Recruiting Coordinator who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for recruiting coordinators who have recent experience working in an agency setting or fast-paced environment.

LingaTech is a growing yet well-established technology staffing and solutions company seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to add to our growing team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for inputting new positions into the applicant tracking system (ATS), assigning positions to the recruiting team, monitoring position updates in various VMS systems, assisting with scheduling interviews, and other tasks to support the talent acquisition team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Input new positions into the ATS.
· Monitor various VMS systems for new positions and/or position updates.  
· Ensure ATS is updated and in compliance.
· Post open positions on social media sites and job boards.
· Assist the talent acquisition team with various recruiting and coordination tasks.
· May conduct screening calls with potential candidates.
· Assist with corp-to-corp vendors.
· May assist with screening of candidates and/or sourcing activities.
· Prepare and format resumes.
· Maintain accurate and thorough details through documentation within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other candidate databases.

Qualifications:
· Must have 4 + years of recruiting coordinator experience.
· Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Effective problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work on multiple requirements at one time.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
· Must be willing to accept feedback and positive coaching on performance.
· Computer skills include basic word processing, Internet search, spreadsheets, recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and services such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required.
